We’d like to start off by awarding KALE as our “Food of the Month.” You may not have seen it here in the blogoverse, but we have been using kale on a weekly, actually almost daily basis. Our February goal was exploration, and explore we did! From new juice recipes to European getaways, our month was jam-packed with trying new things. How did you explore this month?
